Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FORGED coaching platform, website, mobile experiences, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by FORGED ("FORGED," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FORGED is a subscription-based AI physique coaching platform that provides AI-generated training and nutrition guidance. The Service may include personalized training programs, nutrition protocols, weekly check-ins, bloodwork interpretation for educational purposes, and related educational content.

The Service is provided for educational and personal fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Coaching Disclaimer for more detail.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction of residence.

FORGED is not designed for and not intended to be used by minors. Parents and guardians should not create accounts on behalf of minors.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@trainforged.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the prices displayed at checkout. Current tiers and pricing are listed on the pricing page.

  • Billing: Your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.; FORGED does not store full payment card information.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations require at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date to skip that cycle's charge. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
  • No refunds: All sales are final. Service begins immediately at payment. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the one limited exception (verified billing errors).
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

5. User Content

The Service requires you to submit information about your training, nutrition, body composition, health history, photos, and (for some tiers) bloodwork results ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant FORGED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, training internal models in aggregate and de-identified form, and improving our offerings. We will not sell your identifiable health data or photos to third parties.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit any User Content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including falsified bloodwork or someone else's medical data;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service;
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any FORGED employee, contractor, or other user;
  • Share account credentials with others or resell access to the Service;
  • Use the Service to facilitate the unlawful purchase, sale, distribution, or trafficking of controlled substances.

7. Affiliated Partner Disclosure

FORGED's founder holds an ownership interest in Ignite Health & Wellness, LLC ("Ignite"), a separately operated Florida telehealth medical practice. From time to time, the Service may surface Ignite as a recommended option when your bloodwork or other health information indicates that consultation with a licensed physician would be appropriate. You are under no obligation to use Ignite. You may use any licensed physician of your choosing. Any services you receive from Ignite are governed by Ignite's own terms, privacy policy, and physician-patient relationship — not by these Terms.

8. Enhanced Athletes

FORGED does not prescribe, supply, distribute, or recommend the use of controlled substances, prescription medications, anabolic-androgenic steroids, or any substance whose possession or use is restricted by federal or state law. Clients who elect to use such substances do so under their own legal responsibility and at their own risk. See our Enhanced Athlete Waiver for additional terms governing such situations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, methodology, branding, and materials provided by FORGED — including the FORGED name, logos, training templates, written content, and software — are the exclusive property of FORGED or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes during your active subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

FORGED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE GAIN, COMPETITION PLACEMENT, OR HEALTH IMPROVEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGED AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FORGED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FORGED and its officers, members, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (e) any injury, illness, or harm you suffer or cause that is related to your training, nutrition, supplementation, or use of any substance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward FORGED staff, non-payment, or risk to the safety of yourself or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and FORGED agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and FORGED waive any right to a jury trial. You also agree that any dispute shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days' advance notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
