FORGED responds to every submission with a real-time coaching assessment and specific instructions for the next meal.
What about health monitoring for enhanced athletes? +
Health monitoring is not optional — it is built into the foundation of how FORGED operates. All clients track blood pressure twice weekly. Enhanced/Pro tier athletes complete comprehensive bloodwork before any protocol is finalized and every 10-12 weeks ongoing.
