Cancellation & Refund Policy
FORGED is a month-to-month subscription service. Coaching, programming, and platform access begin immediately upon successful payment. This policy explains how cancellation, billing, and refund eligibility work — please read it carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Terms
All FORGED tiers (Standard, Enhanced, and Pro) are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month using the payment method on file, unless properly cancelled in accordance with this policy. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.
2. Service Begins Immediately
FORGED begins delivering services — including intake processing, AI-generated training and nutrition plans, bloodwork interpretation (where applicable), coach access (where applicable), and ongoing platform access — immediately upon successful payment. Because services begin and substantial value is delivered from day one, all sales are final and no refunds are issued for any reason.
3. 10-Day Cancellation Notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations require at least ten (10) days' notice before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that billing cycle.
- If you cancel 10 or more days before your next billing date, you will not be billed again. You retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid period.
- If you cancel fewer than 10 days before your next billing date, your next monthly charge will still process. The cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.
- The 10-day window is calculated from the date and time your cancellation is submitted in-product or received by email at hello@trainforged.org.
Example: If your next billing date is the 25th of the month and you cancel on the 16th or earlier, you will not be charged on the 25th. If you cancel on the 17th or later, the 25th charge will process and your subscription will end after that paid period.
4. How to Cancel
The fastest way to cancel is from inside the FORGED portal: Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations submitted this way are timestamped automatically.
You may also cancel by emailing hello@trainforged.org from the email address associated with your account. Email cancellations are effective from the date and time the email is received by FORGED, not the date you sent it. Please request and retain a written acknowledgment.
5. No Refunds — Including Partial Refunds
FORGED does not issue refunds. This includes — but is not limited to:
- No refunds for the current billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. You retain access through the end of your current paid period.
- No refunds for billing cycles that began before your cancellation was submitted, even if you stopped using the Service earlier.
- No partial or prorated refunds for any reason.
- No refunds for charges incurred because the cancellation deadline was missed.
- No refunds because results did not meet expectations. Results vary based on adherence, genetics, recovery, and many factors outside our control.
- No refunds for unused access time, including extended travel, illness, injury, or change in personal circumstances.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
6. Billing Errors
The only exception to the no-refund policy is a verifiable billing error caused by FORGED or our payment processor — for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge amount, or a charge after a properly submitted cancellation took effect. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact hello@trainforged.org within 30 days of the disputed charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your FORGED account;
- Forfeiture of any pending service credit;
- Permanent ineligibility for future FORGED subscriptions;
- Recovery of any chargeback fees we incur as a result.
We will always work with you to resolve legitimate concerns. A direct conversation is faster and cheaper for everyone.
8. Account Suspension or Termination by FORGED
If FORGED suspends or terminates your account for cause — including but not limited to violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct toward coaches or staff, or material risk of harm — you are not entitled to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription. Service ends immediately and no future charges will be processed.
9. Discontinuation of a Tier
If FORGED elects to discontinue a particular subscription tier or service feature, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers on the discontinued tier may be migrated to the closest available tier or, at our discretion, issued a service credit. No refunds will be issued.
10. Coach Application Fees
If FORGED at any time charges coach applicants a non-refundable application fee, that fee will be clearly disclosed at the point of payment and is non-refundable regardless of application outcome.
11. Changes to This Policy
FORGED may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
