Enhanced Athlete Waiver

Last updated: May 21, 2026 · Applicable to clients who use or consider using performance-enhancing substances.

This Enhanced Athlete Waiver ("Waiver") supplements our Terms of Service, Coaching Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy. It clarifies the scope of the FORGED Service for clients who use — or are considering using — performance-enhancing substances, and the responsibilities you accept by continuing to use the Service in that context.

1. What FORGED Does Not Do

FORGED is not a medical clinic, pharmacy, compounding facility, or controlled-substance distributor. FORGED, its coaches, its staff, and its AI systems:

  • Do not prescribe medication of any kind;
  • Do not sell, supply, distribute, source, broker, or facilitate the acquisition of any controlled substance, prescription medication, anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS), selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), peptide regulated by the FDA, growth hormone, insulin, diuretic, or any other regulated compound;
  • Do not recommend that any client begin, continue, or modify the use of any such substance;
  • Do not endorse the use of substances whose possession or use is restricted under federal or state law.

2. What FORGED Does Do

If you disclose to FORGED that you are independently using performance-enhancing substances — a decision you have made on your own and that you have the right to make as an informed adult — FORGED may, at its discretion:

  • Provide harm-reduction education based on publicly available scientific literature;
  • Adjust your training, nutrition, recovery, and cardiovascular programming to account for what you have disclosed;
  • Strongly recommend regular bloodwork monitoring and review uploaded labs for educational purposes;
  • Recommend you consult a licensed physician familiar with these substances for medical oversight.

3. Your Acknowledgments

By continuing to use the Service while disclosing use of performance-enhancing substances, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older;
  • You are an informed adult making your own decisions regarding your body, health, and legal exposure;
  • Possession or use of certain performance-enhancing substances may be illegal under federal or state law, and you alone are responsible for understanding and complying with the law in your jurisdiction;
  • Performance-enhancing substances carry serious health risks including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, hypertension, lipid disturbance, hepatic stress, renal stress, hormonal disruption, fertility impairment, mood instability, cognitive change, dependency, and in rare cases sudden death;
  • FORGED has not encouraged, recommended, or facilitated your use of any such substance, and any decision to use, continue, or modify your use is yours alone;
  • You have been advised — and you understand — that regular bloodwork and ongoing medical supervision are essential for anyone using performance-enhancing substances, and that FORGED is not a substitute for that medical supervision;
  • If at any point you choose to stop disclosing your use to FORGED, you understand that the guidance you receive may be calibrated incorrectly for your situation.

4. Waiver and Release

In consideration of FORGED's willingness to coach you with full transparency about your enhanced status, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge FORGED, its officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, and causes of action of every kind — whether known or unknown, present or future — arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of any performance-enhancing substance, regardless of whether FORGED was aware of such use;
  • Any adverse health event, injury, illness, hospitalization, or death related to your use of such substances;
  • Any legal consequence arising from your possession, use, or distribution of such substances;
  • Any decision you make based on educational content provided by FORGED.

You acknowledge that you make this waiver and release freely and voluntarily.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FORGED and its officers, members, employees, agents, and contractors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of performance-enhancing substances or your conduct in connection with such use.

6. FORGED's Right to Decline or End Service

FORGED reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or terminate coaching for any client whose disclosed practices present an unacceptable level of medical or legal risk, including but not limited to:

  • Use of substances at doses inconsistent with safe harm-reduction practice;
  • Refusal to obtain or upload bloodwork when requested;
  • Stacking that creates substantial risk of acute harm;
  • Use by clients with disqualifying medical history;
  • Use by clients we reasonably suspect to be under 18 or otherwise ineligible.

Termination under this section is not a breach of the Terms of Service.

7. Confidentiality of Disclosure

Information you disclose about substance use is treated with the same confidentiality as all other health-related information you provide. See our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your use to any third party except as required by valid legal process or to protect against imminent harm.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and is subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
